The IP Law & Policy Research Unit consults across a wide range of topics concerning international and South African intellectual property environments. We consult both to the public and the private sectors, placing particular emphasis on developing policies, frameworks, methodologies and tools for development-friendly and progressive uses, interpretations and enhancements of laws and practices pertaining to intellectual property.
